Responsibilities
- Design scalable machine learning algorithms and models to meet business objectives
- Develop and sustain reliable data pipelines for model training and deployment
- Partner with data scientists and engineers to fine-tune and enhance ML solutions
- Establish and operate CI/CD pipelines to streamline machine learning processes
- Track and boost model accuracy and efficiency continuously
- Analyze extensive datasets to derive actionable insights supporting model creation
- Keep current with emerging machine learning and AI trends and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in machine learning engineering or similar roles
- Proficiency in Python for building machine learning models and data workflows
- Practical experience with CI/CD tools and deployment for ML applications
- Strong understanding of AWS services relevant to machine learning and data handling
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and verbal
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Snowflake for data analytics and storage
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices for managing ML lifecycle
