We are seeking a skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Design machine learning models to solve intricate challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify machine learning possibilities
- Implement scalable machine learning infrastructures in production environments
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis and model evaluations to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Optimize the performance and functionality of existing machine learning models
- Provide guidance to junior engineers and lead machine learning-focused projects
- Stay informed of the latest advancements in machine learning trends and technologies
- Evaluate and adopt new data sources to enhance model effectiveness
- Develop clear and detailed documentation of machine learning protocols and model architectures
- Present technical findings and model outcomes to stakeholders and team members
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with expertise in AWS technologies
- Proficiency in Amazon Bedrock for crafting and deploying machine learning solutions
- Competency in Amazon SageMaker for building and managing machine learning models
- Understanding of Amazon S3 for efficient data storage and management in machine learning contexts
- Advanced skills in Python for creating machine learning models
- Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and its practical applications
- Background in applying Deep Learning techniques to real-world scenarios
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering to enhance model-user interactions
- Qualifications in implementing Sentiment Analysis effectively
- Capability to perform Model Evaluation for NLP to assess model efficacy
- B2-level English fluency or higher for seamless team collaboration and stakeholder communications
Nice to have
- Familiarity with additional cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of other programming languages like R or Java
- Relevant qualifications in machine learning, data science, or related disciplines
