- Conduct in-depth analysis of client’s HCM system requirements and clarify stakeholders’ expectations
- Develop tailored solution concepts that address specific client needs within the SAP HCM framework
- Collaborate closely with both internal teams and client's teams to ensure alignment, effective communication, and successful execution
- Support ongoing projects and actively participate in testing activities ensuring detailed acceptance criteria are met
Requirements
- Profound knowledge of SAP HCM modules and functionalities
- Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving and requirements assessment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proven experience in successfully delivering SAP projects from initiation through to completion
- Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities
