Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior JavaScript Developer to join the global team.
Our customer is an American Fortune 500 provider of transportation services and third-party logistics. The company offers freight transportation, transportation management, brokerage, and warehousing.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating on a cross-functional team of product managers, UX designers, data scientists, and engineers to design and deliver exceptional products
- Building efficient and reusable UI components and architecting reliable, performant, and scalable web solutions
- Collaborating across teams to promote consistency
- Following data-driven approaches to conducting experiments and iterating features
- Communicating complex ideas effectively and understanding tradeoffs in achieving product goals
- Investing in the documentation of web best practices and coding patterns
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript
- Experience building responsive web apps
- Fluency in HTML, CSS, and related web technologies
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern JavaScript libraries and tooling (e.g., React, Webpack)
- Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations
- Strong analytical and communication skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Interest in the latest trends in web development
- Growth mindset with a passion for learning and quickly understanding cross-functional needs is a must
