We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our remote team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems. You will work on a project that involves the development of a microservices architecture pattern using Java 8, Angular, and Spring Boot. The project also requires expertise in Apache Kafka, REST, Unit Testing, SQL, and CI/CD. You will work in a team of highly skilled developers and collaborate with other teams to ensure that the project meets the client's requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
- Prepare and produce releases of software components
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the project meets the client's requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Java Developer
- Expertise in Java 8 and Spring Boot
- Experience in building Angular applications
- Proficiency in Microservice Architecture Pattern and RESTful web services
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services
- Experience with Apache Kafka and Unit Testing
- Ability to write complex SQL queries
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level)
