Senior Java Developer for Financial Company

Work within a team of experienced Engineers to transform existing Security Master Platform

Communicate effectively with business, development, QA, infrastructure, and production support teams

Use technical skills to ensure business requirements are understood at all levels of delivery

Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution across development, support, and technical business users

Establish strong working relationships across different technology areas (QA, Support, etc.)

Migrating existing connectivity from legacy platform to new as required

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Experience in developing AWS-based data platform and ETL processes

Experience in data processing and data warehousing

Knowledge of the AWS cloud components, including EKS, GLUE, MSK, Lambda

Experience in SQL, Kafka

Hands on, strong Java/Core Java, Bootstrap, Kafka, Postgres coding skills with 3+ years experience

Working knowledge and experience in Agile / Scrum and CI/CD

Demonstrates effective analysis and problem solving

Good Analytical and Project Coordination skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize workload and meet multiple project deadlines

Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions

Experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets and Post Trade platforms
