We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to become part of our dynamic scrum team, situated within a business capability POD.

The perfect candidate will possess profound expertise in Java and Spring Framework, contributing significantly to the creation of backend solutions that boost business processes.

Responsibilities

Develop, refine, and upkeep the Java codebase
Architect and implement back end microservices and REST APIs
Ensure comprehensive unit testing to uphold robust software performance
Perform consistent code reviews to preserve superior code quality
Follow and advocate for best practices including code review, unit testing, and continuous integration
Collaborate actively in SCRUM ceremonies to strengthen team collaboration
Contribute actively to estimation and planning sessions to align with project objectives
Mentor and offer support to other developers

Requirements

At least 3 years of development experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master’s degree in Computer Science is preferable
Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework
Competency in crafting APIs and understanding microservices architecture
Background in financial services, especially in wealth management, is beneficial but not required
Upper-intermediate mastery of English (B2+)
