We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our team and contribute to building and enhancing a client product designed to improve developer productivity within engineering teams. This role will involve working on end-to-end lifecycle management of servers and applications, delivering scalable and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability for enterprise environments
- Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews and testing strategies
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Java Developer in professional environments
- Proficiency in the Spring framework, including Spring Boot and Spring MVC, for building enterprise-grade applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken) at a B1 level or higher to ensure effective communication
Nice to have
- Familiarity with integration technologies and patterns, such as APIs, web services, and microservices
- Experience in developing tools that enhance developer efficiency and productivity
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of AI/ML platforms and tools to support advanced development efforts
- Understanding of prompting engineering concepts and their application in development projects
