Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our team and develop innovative products and services that save and improve lives. As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing the backend of the application, including REST API endpoints and application logic. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing integrations with other applications and ingesting multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

Develop the application, including REST API endpoints and application logic
Develop integrations with other applications to ensure seamless data flow across the system
Ingest multiple data sources, mostly in excel format, and ensure data integrity and quality
Develop unit tests for the application to ensure robustness and reliability
Release the application and provide second-level support

Requirements

3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend development using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, Bash, and Python
Familiarity with Jenkins and setting up CI/CD pipelines
Experience in AWS services
Ability to learn quickly and tackle loosely defined problems
Experience with front-end development using ReactJS
Experience with modern product development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Test Driven Development, UX, and Design Thinking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English language skills at an upper-intermediate level or higher

Nice to have

Experience in S3, RDS, CloudFormation
