We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team and take a leading role in creating, improving, and maintaining Java-based software solutions.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the enhancement and modernization of the advertising platform to align with changing business priorities
- Design and implement tools to monitor system health and assess user engagement metrics
- Test, debug, and optimize platform integrations to ensure smooth and efficient functionality
- Collaborate with the team to define system requirements and develop scalable architecture designs
- Mentor and support junior developers by sharing expertise and ensuring adherence to best coding practices
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges to maintain system efficiency and reliability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Java software development in a commercial setting
- In-depth knowledge of Java programming for building scalable and maintainable software systems
- Hands-on experience with the Spring framework for developing enterprise-level applications
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and addressing technical issues in complex systems
- Solid understanding of SQL for effective database management and querying
- Familiarity with microservices architecture for designing modular and scalable software solutions
- Proficiency in English at an advanced (B2 or higher) level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills for teamwork and documentation
