We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to become a part of our remote team.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining top-notch software solutions for our clients. As a Senior Java Developer, your expertise in Java, AWS, and Angular will be utilized to create scalable and robust software applications. This role offers an exciting chance to work on diverse projects across various domains and be a part of a dynamic team delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Involvement in the entire software development life cycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance
- Creation of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using Java and related technologies
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that meet customer needs
- Design and implementation of RESTful APIs for both internal and external use
- Deployment of applications to AWS cloud environments with a focus on their scalability and reliability
- Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to other team members
- Adherence to software development best practices and contribution to the continuous improvement of the development process
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development, coupled with a strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns
- Expertise in Spring, Hibernate, and Java Bootstrapping Frameworks
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and deploying applications to cloud environments
- Strong familiarity with Microservice Architecture Pattern, REST, SOAP, and Web Services
- Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Angular or other modern JavaScript frameworks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- An upper-intermediate level of English proficiency (B2+)
Nice to have
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
- Proficiency in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
