We are seeking a remote Senior iOS Swift Developer to join our team and work on a cutting-edge mobile application. In this role, you will work closely with product owners and other mobile developers to create new functionality and enhance existing functionality within our mobile application. You will collaborate within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full-stack of development tools and technologies. You will also optimize mobile applications to achieve increased speed, reliability, and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and debug complex software while developing new functionality and enhancing existing functionality to satisfy customer requirements
- Define scope and develop testing methods, collaborating with QA team and other developers
- Support, maintain, and document software functionality
- Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, and diversity
- Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in mobile development, with at least 3 years of experience developing native iOS apps
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Experience building complex applications for iPhone or iPad using Objective-C/Swift with the iOS SDK and other frameworks
- One or more applications published in the Apple App Store
- Experience with remote data via RESTful services and JSON
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape and emerging technologies
- B2+ English level proficiency
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline strongly preferred
- Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Familiarity with unit testing, TDD, continuous integration, paired programming, and agile methodologies is highly desirable
- Working knowledge of Android Mobile Development
- Familiarity with Cross-Platform App frameworks such as Flutter, Kotlin, Xamarin, React Native, Iconic
