We're on the lookout for a Front-end Engineer with an advanced understanding of Flex and Grid technologies to build exceptional layouts.
Our client is a leading software development company and digital solutions provider that has pioneered over 40 cutting-edge products across 20 diverse markets. Our team includes approximately 700 devoted and tech-savvy professionals dedicated to delivering scalable and bespoke projects.
This position follows a hybrid work model (3 days in the office per week), offering flexibility to work from home or from our fully equipped offices in Minsk, Grodno, Brest, Gomel, Mogilev or Vitebsk.
Responsibilities
- Develop efficient and adaptive layouts of interfaces
- Collaborate with developers and web designers to enhance product quality
- Introduce solutions and optimize existing applications
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HTML coder
- Advanced level comprehension of Flex and Grid technologies for building layouts
- Competency in HTML and CSS frameworks
- Strong expertise in CSS/JS animation
- Profound grasp of working with CSS Preprocessors: Sass/Less
- In-depth knowledge of image formats and outputs for web templates
- Familiarity with Page Speed metrics (load optimization)
- Skills in web application performance optimization
- B1 written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Proficiency in UI/UX design and cross-browser layout
- Capability to use Figma, Sketch and Photoshop
