We are seeking a competent Senior Golang/Python Developer to design and improve internal client products aimed at enhancing developer productivity across engineering teams.

This position focuses on backend development using Go and Python, overseeing the lifecycle of servers and applications, and collaborating efficiently via Git.

Responsibilities

Design high-quality backend solutions with Go and Python
Collaborate with engineering teams to build tools that improve developer workflows and productivity
Provide full lifecycle management for servers and applications
Address complex technical problems through innovative and scalable solutions
Use Git to ensure effective version control and maintain code quality through collaborative workflows
Enhance efficiency and performance by optimizing existing systems and processes
Implement integration approaches, including APIs, microservices, and web services
Maintain product quality through rigorous code reviews
Clearly explain technical concepts and solutions to non-technical team members
Document software design, implementation, and maintenance activities

Requirements

Proficiency in Go and Python with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience
Strong familiarity with Git for version control and team collaboration
Background in creating internal tools or platforms that improve developer velocity
Skills in software development, problem-solving, and analytical reasoning
Effective communication and collaboration abilities in both technical and non-technical contexts

Nice to have

Knowledge of AI/ML platforms and related tools
Background in prompt engineering or eagerness to acquire it
Expertise in integration technologies like APIs, web services, and microservices
Familiarity with agile environments and dynamic development workflows
