We are looking for a Senior Functional Tester to join our team and help ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities
- Partner with teams across the organization to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop and execute functional tests to validate software features and functionality
- Identify, record, and manage defects using appropriate tracking tools
- Perform regression testing to ensure updates do not negatively impact existing capabilities
- Assist in creating detailed test plans to align testing activities with overall project goals
- Craft and implement testing strategies to guarantee thorough coverage of requirements
- Conduct API and Web Service testing to verify backend operations and data accuracy
- Analyze testing results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Participate in team meetings to refine testing methodologies and improve workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a closely related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Functional Tester
- Proven ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios
- Hands-on experience in managing defects, including documentation and resolution
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing detailed test cases to ensure system functionality
- Experience performing regression tests to identify and resolve unintended software issues
- Proficiency in creating structured test plans to guide testing efforts
- Experience in defining and executing test strategies to meet specific project requirements
- Strong knowledge of API and Web Service testing to validate data flow and system integration
- Advanced skills in SQL for database validation and testing
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Knowledge of automation testing tools to complement manual testing efforts
- Experience with performance testing to evaluate system reliability and responsiveness
