We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving successful SAP MDG/Vendor implementations. As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into effective system designs. Your expertise in SAP MDM/MDG and leadership skills will contribute to the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs and expectations. Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP MDG/Vendor solutions with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Engage with clients to comprehensively understand their business requirements and transform them into actionable system designs
- Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of the delivered solution
- Facilitate training sessions and produce documentation to ensure a seamless transition to newly implemented systems
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate seamlessly with both onshore and offshore teams to achieve project objectives
- Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and issue resolution
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience as a SAP MDM/MDG developer and consultant
- Extensive expertise in SAP MDM/MDG and its various components
- Proven experience as a Lead Functional Consultant, specifically in vendor BP related processes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exhibiting efficiency and initiative
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in identifying process improvement opportunities and contributing innovative solutions
- Proficiency in English with a B2+ level of fluency
Nice to have
- SAP certification in MDG/Vendor
- Experience with other SAP modules and their integration with MDG/Vendor processes
- Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools
