We are seeking a Senior Functional Business Analyst to become an integral part of our energetic team.
This role involves analyzing user requirements, delivering functional solutions, and providing support for various functional queries. Candidates with a strong foundation in SQL languages and experience with Agile methodologies are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the analysis of user requirements and develop functional solutions
- Address functional inquiries and support the team
- Suggest improvements to applications and processes
- Support the team in refining stories and resolving blockages
- Work alongside the Scrum Master to address pending issues
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years in Business Analysis
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, excluding code reading
- Familiarity with JIRA
- Background in Agile methodologies
- Involvement in large-scale projects and team support
- Proven proactivity
- Planning and control expertise
- Independent with adaptability to changes
- Strong analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
