Senior Full Stack Software Engineer
Our company is looking for a remote Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Cloud Administration team. We are focused on building features for our enterprise-scale customers to enable better governance, trust, and security. As a senior software engineer on this team, you will work with a talented team of Product Managers, Designers, and Architects to build application-layer services encompassing backend development, monitoring, scaling, and optimizing to make the administration of products simple at Enterprise scale. We are enabling cross-product experiences and are committed to removing all blockers for adoption of cloud for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Architects to design and implement application-layer services
- Develop highly scalable and performant RESTful micro-services
- Ensure application security and distributed systems are optimized
- Optimize backend development, monitoring, and scaling to make administration of products simple at Enterprise scale
- Drive innovation by coming up with new and exciting ideas to solve issues and improve product design, interface, and architecture
- Collaborate on ideas and designs with other architects and developers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in Java and crafting and implementing highly scalable and performant RESTful micro-services
- Proficiency in Java and ReactJS
- Fluency in any one database technology (e.g. RDBMS like Oracle or Postgres and/or NoSQL like DynamoDB or Cassandra)
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and application security
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and familiarity with cloud architecture patterns
- Broad knowledge and understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS industry
- Knowledge of Reactive Programming
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English at B2+ level
