We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in evaluating financial data, delivering insights, and supporting critical business decisions. Responsibilities

Review and interpret monthly financial reports to uncover trends, variances, and areas for improvement
Present financial insights and performance results to the Leadership Team on a monthly and quarterly basis
Offer data-driven recommendations to support strategic business and financial objectives
Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning
Create financial models and design deal structures to achieve positive outcomes for the company and its clients
Streamline and improve existing reporting processes and workflows through automation

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or a related discipline, with a strong foundation in financial concepts
At least 3 years of experience in finance, procurement, audit, reporting, or analytics roles
Advanced skills in Excel, including creating charts, using PivotTables, and analyzing complex datasets
Experience with financial analysis techniques and tools
Strong time management, analytical, and communication skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint
Fluency in English at a B2 level or higher, both written and verbal

Nice to have

Experience working with tools like Power BI, SQL, or VBA for enhanced data analysis and reporting capabilities
Understanding of financial systems and processes for optimizing workflows
Familiarity with industry-specific financial metrics and strategies to support organizational growth
