We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will take part in analyzing financial data, providing insights, and supporting strategic business decisions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate closely with leadership while driving financial performance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Analyze monthly financial reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Prepare and deliver financial insights and results to the Leadership Team on a monthly and quarterly basis
Provide strategic business and financial recommendations to support organizational goals
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning
Develop financial models and structure deals to achieve favorable outcomes for the company and its clients
Enhance and automate existing reporting systems and workflows for greater efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial principles
Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, procurement, audit, reporting, or analytics departments
Proficiency in working with Excel, including creating charts, summarizing data with PivotTables, and interpreting complex spreadsheets
Experience with financial analysis tools and methodologies
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
Skill in creating and delivering presentations using PowerPoint
Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, both written and spoken

Nice to have

Experience with Power BI, SQL, or VBA for advanced data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with financial systems and tools to support process optimization
Knowledge of industry-specific financial metrics and strategies for driving organizational growth
