Responsibilities
- Implement AI-enhanced DevSecOps practices to improve automation and security
- Drive adoption of standardized CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
- Optimize operational efficiency by implementing AI and ML-based automation strategies
- Coach and enable engineering teams in adopting mature DevSecOps and AI-enabled tooling
- Collaborate with platform, security, and operations teams to align DevSecOps strategies
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and similar tools
- Integrate scripting solutions using Python and other languages for workflow automation
- Monitor and improve container orchestration management with Kubernetes or AKS
- Ensure secure development workflows across product teams
- Support continuous improvement of DevSecOps toolchains and processes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in DevOps
- Proven DevSecOps experience with CI/CD workflows and tooling in enterprise environments
- Interest or experience in AI/ML technologies applied to software delivery and security
- Hands-on experience with containerized applications and public cloud platforms, preferably Azure
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Proficiency in scripting languages, including Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Strong communication and coaching skills to support engineering teams
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with LangGraph
- Knowledge of MLOps practices
- Familiarity with Python.Core frameworks
- Additional expertise in Terraform beyond basic usage
