Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our remote team, working with cutting-edge technology and cloud infrastructure to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing continuous delivery pipelines, automating application deployment, and ensuring seamless operations of client test and production environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide systems support, respond to monitoring alerts, and implement industry best practices and tooling.

Responsibilities

Design and implement continuous delivery pipelines using industry-standard deployment and configuration tools
Automate application deployment, ensuring seamless and efficient deployment processes
Provide systems support, including responding to monitoring alerts and resolving issues in a timely manner
Implement and stay abreast of Cloud and DevOps industry best practices and tooling, contributing to the enhancement of our infrastructure
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions for our clients
Perform infrastructure and application security reviews, ensuring the security of our systems and data
Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials to support the ongoing evolution of our infrastructure

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services, demonstrating proficiency in cloud infrastructure management and deployment
Expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and scripting languages, showcasing your ability to design and implement continuous delivery pipelines
Hands-on experience with Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service, enabling you to provide seamless operations of client test and production environments
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, highlighting your ability to implement and stay abreast of industry best practices and tooling
Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork capabilities, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and manage stress effectively, maintaining a high level of performance even under pressure
Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Nice to have

Experience with other cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of additional scripting languages or automation tools
Familiarity with infrastructure as code concepts and tools, such as Ansible or Chef
Expertise in performance monitoring and optimization techniques
