Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our remote team and assist in the development of a public cloud solution for our infrastructure. Our company is planning to move our entire infrastructure to a public cloud solution within the next year, and we need an experienced engineer to help us make this transition seamlessly. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure, as well as developing and implementing our public cloud solution.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
  • Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration
  • Manage Azure DevOps pipelines and integrations
  • Ensure the availability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure
  • Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to security and compliance policies
  • Create documentation and knowledge base articles for infrastructure and deployment processes
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong background in Azure DevOps
  • Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency in Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous delivery
  • Understanding of Terraform and its role in infrastructure as code
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in designing and implementing highly available and scalable systems
  • Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
Nice to have
  • Experience with Docker and Helm for containerization and deployment
  • Familiarity with other cloud platforms, such as AWS and Google Cloud
