Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in AWS cloud infrastructure, automation, and networking. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in building and managing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud environments while collaborating with agile teams. This role requires a proactive engineer who thrives in solving complex problems and optimizing cloud solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure with a focus on networking, automation, and security
  • Develop and manage hybrid network connectivity using Direct Connect, Direct Connect Gateway, Transit Gateway, and Route 53 hybrid configurations
  • Configure and enforce AWS Organizations, Service Control Policies (SCPs), and IAM governance
  • Develop and manage API Gateway & AWS Lambda (Python) for scalable cloud applications
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment pipelines, and cloud security policies
  • Monitor and optimize EC2, S3 bucket policies, Lambda, and IAM roles
  • Collaborate with software development and security teams to improve cloud architectures and DevOps processes
  • Provide mentorship to junior DevOps engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
  • Ensure adherence to best practices for security, compliance, and operational excellence
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering with a strong focus on AWS
  • Hands-on expertise in AWS networking (VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, Route 53 hybrid configurations)
  • Strong experience in AWS Organizations and SCPs for managing cloud accounts securely
  • Advanced proficiency in Terraform for AWS infrastructure automation and best practices
  • Experience with API Gateway & AWS Lambda (Python) for building cloud-native applications
  • Deep knowledge of IAM roles, STS, federation, and policy management
  • Proven ability to manage EC2, S3 bucket policies, and Lambda in production environments
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of Python 3 for automation and scripting
  • Experience working in agile development teams and DevOps best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • B2+ English level for effective communication in a global environment
