Responsibilities
  • Deliver efficient and maintainable code with high proficiency in C and C++ programming
  • Ensure scalability and performance through contributions to architectural decisions that align with industry standards
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals
  • Optimize code for multi-core and scale-out use cases while addressing performance bottlenecks
  • Provide constructive feedback to junior developers through rigorous code reviews
  • Implement innovative solutions while analyzing complex technical challenges
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in software development with a focus on distributed storage systems
  • Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages and an advanced understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Background in leading subsystem code development within intricate storage solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with competency in troubleshooting issues
  • Familiarity with distributed file systems and network protocols
  • Clear communication skills to support team collaboration
  • Capability to engage proactively with complex technical topics
  • Proficiency in English communication at a B2+ level
Nice to have
  • Showcase of developing Linux or BSD kernel-level code
  • Understanding of Python programming language
