Responsibilities
- Design and implement large-scale search solutions, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements
- Create detailed solution architecture documents with deep technical insights
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify solution requirements and develop key use case scenarios
- Conduct architecture reviews/audits and prepare comprehensive review reports
- Lead solution implementation from project initiation to go-live, ensuring alignment with goals
- Oversee development teams, providing technical guidance and resolving challenges
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including customer communications, RFP processing, development of proposals, and solution presentations
- Present solution architecture to customer representatives and participate in workshops
- Directly engage with customers during architecture design and implementation phases
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to apply innovative approaches
- Advise and assist team members in creating personalized professional education plans
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture
- 5+ years’ experience in hands-on development of Search solutions
- Strong background in designing and implementing integrations with external services
- Competency in SCRUM & Kanban methodologies for full lifecycle software development
- Expertise in solution architecture with focus on search, web applications, web services, and microservices
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational data storage designs and front-end/back-end architecture principles
- Understanding of security, monitoring, caching, and other cross-cutting solution concerns
- Proficiency in scalable, high-performance, and mission-critical application architecture design
- Showcase of architectural styles, enterprise architecture patterns, and integration patterns
- Experience in creating architecture artifacts, deliverables, and adopting solution architecture design practices
- Flexibility to address performance issues systematically using proven approaches
- Strong leadership abilities with proactive engagement in technical projects and customer site assignments
- Advanced communication skills, including stakeholder management, contextual awareness, and conflict resolution
- English fluency with C1 level proficiency or higher
