We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Software Engineer to join our remote team, working on a cutting-edge project that involves designing and implementing data ingestion solutions using Cloud Native, Big Data related technologies.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing code review and dev testing of solutions to ensure they meet best practice specifications. You will also build collaborative partnerships with data solution architects and key individuals within other functional groups.

Responsibilities

  • Write the development documentation
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Data Software Engineering
  • Strong experience with Snowflake and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Robust programming skills in Python and experience with Apache Spark and Apache Airflow
  • Comprehensive understanding of Cloud Native and Big Data related technologies
  • Experience in configuration management, monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
