We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our progressive team and drive innovation through cutting-edge data science and artificial intelligence technologies. You will play a key role in advancing Generative AI applications and Natural Language Processing solutions while leveraging proficiency in Python and large language models.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize Generative AI applications that incorporate LLMs, prompt engineering, and innovative workflows
Design and implement advanced solutions for Natural Language Processing aligned with business needs
Utilize Python programming to build scalable and reliable data science models and applications
Integrate LLM orchestration frameworks including Langchain, Llama-index, or equivalent technologies
Explore data through analysis and topic modeling using BERTopic or related tools to uncover actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly embed AI solutions into operational processes
Ensure development practices comply with AI ethics and principles of responsibility
Evaluate new data science and AI technologies to maintain cutting-edge solutions in project implementations
Communicate findings and actionable recommendations clearly to stakeholders

Requirements

3+ years of experience in data science
Proficiency in Natural Language Processing, Python, and development of Generative AI applications
Expertise in leveraging Large Language Models (e.g., GPT) for application development
Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks like Langchain or Llama-index, along with Python libraries such as HuggingFace
Background in topic modeling techniques, with understanding of foundational NLP algorithms
Showcase of successfully deploying Generative AI solutions for production environments
Capability to convey complex technical concepts as tangible business solutions
Commitment to ethical practices and responsible AI development
Competency in solving challenges with flexibility across analytical approaches
Strong communication skills in English, meeting proficiency standards at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

Knowledge of constructing LLM-based applications utilizing frameworks like Langchain or Llama-index
Understanding of ethical AI practices and responsible implementation methods
Familiarity with advanced tools for topic modeling, including BERTopic and comparable methodologies
