Responsibilities
- Design and maintain data pipelines to ensure smooth data movement
- Create and implement automation solutions to improve deployment processes
- Work closely with data scientists to enhance data usability and accessibility
- Monitor data systems to identify and address performance bottlenecks
- Develop documentation for data workflows and operational procedures
- Ensure adherence to industry standards for data security and compliance
- Conduct regular evaluations of data systems to ensure quality and reliability
- Participate in team discussions and provide updates on project milestones
- Assist team members in understanding and using data tools effectively
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data DevOps or related roles
- Proficiency with data pipeline tools such as Apache Kafka
- Expertise in containerization technologies like Docker
- Familiarity with cloud services like Amazon Web Services
- Experience collaborating on cross-functional projects with diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities in technical environments
- Excellent communication skills to support teamwork and collaboration
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher) for documentation and communication
Nice to have
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus to track system performance
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project management
- Ability to succeed in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
