Responsibilities
- Design and maintain data pipelines to ensure smooth and effective data flow
- Implement automation solutions to enhance deployment processes
- Collaborate with data scientists to increase data accessibility and usability
- Monitor data systems to identify and resolve performance challenges
- Develop and update documentation for workflows and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with industry standards for data security and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular evaluations of data systems to ensure reliability and quality
- Participate in team discussions to share progress and contribute to project goals
- Provide guidance and support to team members on the use of data tools and methodologies
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Data DevOps or a related discipline
- Proficiency in data pipeline tools such as Apache Kafka
- Expertise in containerization technologies like Docker
- Familiarity with cloud services such as Amazon Web Services
- Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional teams and collaborative projects
- Strong problem-solving abilities in technical and complex environments
- Effective communication skills to encourage teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher) for documentation and collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus for tracking system performance
- Knowledge of data visualization platforms such as Tableau
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for managing projects
- Ability to perform well in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and teamwork
