We are seeking an accomplished Senior Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in advancing data-driven decision-making across the organization.
In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
- Examine large datasets to uncover meaningful insights, trends, and patterns that support organizational objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and deliver customized solutions
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and performance indicators
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and dependability across reporting systems
- Create and document workflows for data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
- Work alongside technical teams to develop and implement effective data solutions
- Support the adoption of data strategies to enhance business processes and outcomes
- Keep abreast of emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies in data analytics
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and their application in practice
- Proven experience implementing SDLC processes in projects
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and workflows
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline management
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Salesforce Tableau
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
- Certifications in data analysis, visualization, or relevant disciplines
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data analysis and management
