We are searching for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team remotely. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for linking technology and product owners, gaining an understanding of the solution landscape and deep diving into complex data structures. You will be working with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and improve the company's data infrastructure, ensuring that data is accurate, secure, and accessible. Responsibilities
- Act as a linking pin between technology and product owners, ensuring that the data infrastructure aligns with business objectives
- Deep dive into complex data structures to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Develop and maintain data models, data mappings, and ETL processes to ensure accurate and secure data storage and retrieval
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions and drive growth
- Create and maintain documentation related to data sources, data models, and data flows
- Ensure data quality and accuracy by monitoring and analyzing data and resolving issues as they arise
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in BI Analysis, demonstrating your proficiency in business and data analysis
- Expertise in data warehousing concepts, SQL, and SQL analytical functions, including data profiling, data modeling, and S2T mappings
- Excellent understanding of generic SQL and the ability to write complex queries to extract and manipulate data
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, showcasing your ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive and driven mindset, with a curious and courageous approach to problem-solving
- Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
