Responsibilities
- Extract data using Spotfire reports in Clarity PPM and save to Excel spreadsheets
- Transform data using intermediate to advanced Excel formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, macros, and office scripts
- Load data by saving Excel spreadsheets as .csv files and uploading to SharePoint folders
- Run and modify UiPath StudioX bots for Automatic Timesheet Approval and BMO Pop processes
- Create and modify Power BI desktop reports with intermediate to advanced DAX expressions
- Manage Power BI workspaces, publish reports on Power BI Service, and deploy reports as apps
- Integrate Power Apps into Power BI reports to capture user comments and set up Power Automate workflows for report refreshes
- Write SQL queries for report generation and connect Power BI to SQL Server databases
- Design and edit SharePoint pages including web parts and manage user permissions for SharePoint Document Library folders
- Perform ad hoc data analytics and visualization tasks as required
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics and visualization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, macros, and office scripts
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, including report creation, DAX expressions, workspace management, and deployment
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to write queries for report generation
- Experience with UiPath StudioX for automation of business processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint including page design and user permissions management
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in alignment with Toronto office hours and manage early data extraction tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience integrating Power Apps and Power Automate with Power BI reports
- Knowledge of Clarity PPM system for project and portfolio management
- Familiarity with automation scripting and bot development beyond basic UiPath StudioX
- Certification in Microsoft Power BI or related analytics tools
- Experience with data governance and security best practices in SharePoint environments
