We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Strategist to support the planning, creation, and management of content across our platforms.
The ideal candidate will ensure that our content is clear, consistent, and aligned with our business goals and user needs. This role involves collaboration with teams and working under the guidance of our leads to deliver high-quality content strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategies that support business objectives and address user needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, create, and optimize content that resonates with our target audience
- Ensure all content is clear, consistent, on-brand, and optimized for search and user experience
- Conduct content audits and analyses to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate and align content across all platforms
- Lead and mentor junior content strategists and writers
- Monitor content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for content enhancement
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to content strategy and creation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a content strategist or similar role
- Strong understanding of content management systems
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization
- Familiarity with UX writing and user-centered design principles
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field
- Understanding of analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive content decisions
- Experience conducting content audits and creating content inventories
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web publishing
- Experience with visual content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to lead and mentor team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically and creatively
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
Nice to have
- Advanced certifications in content strategy, UX writing, or a related field are highly desirable
