Senior Content Strategist

We're looking for an experienced Senior Content Strategist to join our team and lead the development and implementation of content strategies across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you'll drive the creation of user-focused, impactful content that strengthens brand identity and promotes engagement. You’ll play a critical role in defining the voice and tone of our products, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Growth Acquisition Team to devise and execute content strategies
  • Design and deliver content plans tailored to enhance product experiences
  • Perform in-depth content audits and competitive analyses
  • Evaluate content usability and accessibility through heuristic assessments
  • Develop content experimentation frameworks
  • Prepare visually engaging presentations using Figma and PowerPoint
  • Apply human-centered design approaches to author, test, and deliver in-product content
  • Create wireframes, sketches, and empathy maps to guide content development
  • Document voice flows and AI/ML-based prompts and safety measures
  • Write long-form content for Help Center articles and Destination Guides
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, specifically for digital products
  • Proven expertise in crafting product UI content in American English
  • Strong command of content strategy and design frameworks
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and related tools
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills
  • Experience leading workshops and collaborative sessions
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and headless content management systems
  • Understanding of AI/ML principles for content design, including NLU and prompt engineering
  • Proven relationship-building skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
  • Fluent English at a C1 level
Nice to have
  • Background in SEO and content optimization techniques
  • Experience in multimedia storytelling, including video content creation
