Senior Content Designer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Content Designer to join our team remotely and take the lead in designing customer-centric experiences for our Conversational UX design service automation project. You will be responsible for defining and delivering an experience strategy that uses human-centered design methods to co-create and test solutions that address real customer challenges. Additionally, you will develop user journeys and user flows that highlight customer interactions throughout an end-to-end experience, provide wireframes for concepts, and create prototypes to be used for user research. As a key figure within the team, you will be responsible for providing governance strategy, and influencing the strategy for a project or product area by articulating a coherent UX vision based on clear, actionable problem/opportunity statements.
- Define and deliver an experience strategy that uses human-centered design methods to co-create and test solutions that address real customer challenges
- Develop user journeys and user flows that highlight customer interactions throughout an end-to-end experience
- Provide wireframes for concept and create prototypes to be used for user research
- Provide governance strategy, influencing the strategy for a project or product area by articulating a coherent UX vision based on clear, actionable problem/opportunity statements
- Create clear and compelling materials and narratives explaining design rationale to the team and stakeholders using customer, business, or competitive insights
- Facilitate idea generation with stakeholders and confidently present diverse, novel perspectives and design directions
- Provide detailed visual and UX design supporting tactical efforts
- Consistently seek diverse feedback on design work and anticipate feedback to address it proactively
- Tailor communication for different audiences as appropriate
- Apply and adapt design and research processes to fit the needs of the project
- Develop empathy and insights about customers based on data and insights from research and other customer data sources
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX Designer, working on large-scale projects and complex interfaces
- Solid experience in Conversational Design, designing for NLU, ML/AI-driven experiences, and the platform that powers these
- Expertise in Content Strategy & Design, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content that meets customer needs
- Demonstrated experience in Design Documentation, providing clear and concise materials and narratives explaining design rationale to the team and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Prototyping and Wireframing, creating appropriate sketches, wireframes, flows, design comps, and prototypes with minimal guidance
- Proven track record of Visual Communication, consistently creating clear and compelling materials using customer, business, or competitive insights
- Ability to tailor communication for different audiences as appropriate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective decision-making and problem-solving in complex environments
- Excellent organizational and structuring abilities, promoting the efficient delivery of projects
- Advanced English language skills at Upper-Intermediate level, allowing for effective written and spoken collaboration
- Experience in Service Automation will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Sketch, creating high-quality designs and prototypes
- Experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite for design and collaboration
