We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst with strong technical expertise and an analytical mindset to join our team.
This position will focus on enhancing our compensation data systems and providing actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex compensation data analysis projects
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to model and forecast compensation trends
- Develop and maintain highly specialized reports and dashboards for senior management
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to integrate compensation systems and data
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on compensation matters to leadership
Requirements
- Extensive experience in compensation analysis, workforce planning, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written, B2+ level)
- Expertise in Excel (Power Query, PivotTables), BI tools, and data programming languages such as VBA, SQL, R
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proven ability to communicate complex data insights effectively across various stakeholder groups
