We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer with a specialization in Microsoft Azure to join our team.
In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions that meet business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, security, and performance of cloud-based systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy cloud infrastructure solutions tailored to business requirements
- Manage and optimize cloud environments with a focus on scalability and reliability
- Automate deployment processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate cloud solutions into existing systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Implement security best practices to protect cloud environments and data
- Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
- Maintain and support Linux and Windows-based systems within the cloud environment
- Document infrastructure processes, configurations, and solutions for internal use
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Engineer
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including management, configuration, and optimization
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Atlassian Bamboo, or GitLab CI for automated workflows
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash for automation tasks
- Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or SaltStack
- Strong expertise in Linux system administration, including troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Practical experience with Oracle RDBMS for database management in cloud environments
- Proficiency in MySQL for database design, optimization, and maintenance
- Experience with Windows system administration, including configuration and support
- Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as code and automation
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm for managing cloud-native applications
- Experience in implementing disaster recovery and backup strategies for cloud-based systems
