Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud environments
Optimize cloud resources to ensure efficient operation
Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
Automate cloud deployments and configurations using Terraform
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery
Ensure cloud security best practices are followed
Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud solutions
Monitor cloud performance and troubleshoot issues
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
Stay updated with the latest industry trends in cloud technology

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer
Proficiency in managing AWS services with a focus on container services
Strong scripting skills in languages such as Ruby, Python, or Bash
Experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications
In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications
Expertise in Docker for containerization
Skilled in using Terraform for infrastructure as code deployments
High proficiency in English, with strong communication skills for professional interactions

Nice to have

Experience with cloud cost optimization strategies
Knowledge of additional cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud
Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or Terraform
