We are inviting a Senior Cloud Engineer specializing in AWS to bolster our remote workforce. Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud environments
  • Optimize cloud resources to ensure efficient operation
  • Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
  • Automate cloud deployments and configurations using Terraform
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery
  • Ensure cloud security best practices are followed
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud solutions
  • Monitor cloud performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends in cloud technology
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer
  • Proficiency in managing AWS services with a focus on container services
  • Strong scripting skills in languages such as Ruby, Python, or Bash
  • Experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications
  • In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications
  • Expertise in Docker for containerization
  • Skilled in using Terraform for infrastructure as code deployments
  • High proficiency in English, with strong communication skills for professional interactions
Nice to have
  • Experience with cloud cost optimization strategies
  • Knowledge of additional cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud
  • Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or Terraform
