We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer (AWS) to join our remote team. Responsibilities

Design, configure, and manage AWS cloud environments to ensure optimal performance
Automate cloud deployments and operations using AWS services
Develop scripts to automate visualization and monitoring tasks
Ensure security best practices are implemented and maintained within cloud solutions
Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems
Perform system troubleshooting and problem resolution across various application domains and platforms
Provide detailed documentation and technical specifications for cloud architecture
Conduct systems tests for security, performance, and availability
Develop and maintain disaster recovery strategies
Optimize resource utilization by implementing cost-saving measures in the cloud

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer
Proficient in managing containerized applications using AWS ECS and EKS
Strong scripting skills in languages like Ruby, Python, or Bash
Experience in managing applications using Helm within Kubernetes environments
In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes for orchestrating containers
Skilled in deploying applications using Docker
Proficient in infrastructure as code using Terraform
High proficiency in English, with strong communication skills suitable for a professional setting

Nice to have

Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with cloud security tools and strategies
Knowledge of advanced monitoring and logging practices for cloud environments
