We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Solution Architect to drive the design and implementation of advanced Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to assess their needs, refine requirements, and deliver solutions that foster enterprise-wide transformation and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead client discussions, requirements refinement sessions, live demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs for diverse audiences
- Facilitate discovery sessions with business stakeholders to capture and document detailed workflows and processes
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria that align with configuration, development, and testing objectives
- Plan capacity, prioritize backlog items, and manage sprint planning to meet project deliverables
- Collaborate with business solution architects and software architects to design solutions and coordinate related development tasks
- Supervise testing efforts with quality assurance teams to ensure reliable and high-quality results
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to enable end-user adoption and effective solution utilization
Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with demonstrated skills in written, verbal, and presentation communication
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
- Background in process mapping, writing epics, and creating detailed user stories
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative workflows
- Understanding of enterprise workflow design, requirements analysis, and organizational consulting practices
- Competency in facilitating collaboration between business stakeholders, architects, and technical development teams
