Senior Business Solution Architect (Salesforce Service Cloud)

We are looking for a highly experienced and accomplished Business Solution Architect to lead the design and execution of innovative Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, refine processes, and deliver solutions that bring transformative changes to enterprise operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead discussions, requirements refinement sessions, demonstrations, and walk-throughs for a variety of client audiences
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with business stakeholders to document and refine detailed business workflows
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria to align with configuration, development, and testing needs
  • Organize capacity planning, prioritize backlog items, and manage sprint planning to meet project objectives
  • Work with business solution architects and software architects to design effective solutions and oversee related development tasks
  • Coordinate testing efforts with the quality assurance team to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure target audiences are equipped for successful solution adoption
Requirements
  • At least 12 years of expertise in Salesforce development
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Background in documenting business process flows and crafting epics and detailed user stories
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog prioritization
  • Understanding of enterprise workflows, requirements analysis, and organizational consulting
  • Competency in fostering collaboration among stakeholders, technical architects, and development teams
