Senior Business Solution Architect (Salesforce Service Cloud)

We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Business Solution Architect to lead the design and execution of advanced Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

In this role, you will work with business stakeholders to assess their needs, refine processes, and deliver solutions that enable transformational changes across enterprise operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client discussions, requirements refinement workshops, demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs tailored for various audiences
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with business stakeholders to capture and document detailed business workflows and processes
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with configuration, development, and testing requirements
  • Plan capacity, prioritize backlog tasks, and manage sprint planning to achieve project objectives and deadlines
  • Work closely with business solution architects and software architects to design solutions and manage related development efforts
  • Coordinate testing activities with quality assurance teams to ensure high standards of deliverables
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure effective adoption and utilization of solutions by target users
Requirements
  • 12+ years of expertise in Salesforce development
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with excellent skills in written, verbal, and presentation communication
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Background in documenting workflow processes, writing epics, and crafting detailed user stories
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative workflows
  • Understanding of enterprise workflow management, requirements analysis, and organizational consulting practices
  • Competency in driving collaboration among stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to achieve project goals
