We are hiring a Senior Business Operations Specialist with strong financial review skills and excellent communication capabilities. Responsibilities
  • Audit and amend time records with team members by issuing reminders, clarifying inconsistencies, and managing staffing updates
  • Collect necessary approvals for subcontractor resources
  • Manage the collection of overtime approvals, audit overtime data in the system, and remind managers as appropriate
  • Validate billing information including mapping roles and verifying rates
  • Oversee billing role and rate approval workflows, prepare profit and loss reports, and collect required authorizations
  • Lead month-end closing procedures such as final data verification and timesheet distribution to clients
  • Support the BGC process through material sharing, data collection, correction management, request creation, and training organization
  • Prepare offboarding documents for exiting team members
  • Oversee staffing functions including assignments, terminations, creation, and record corrections on the program or project level
  • Administer travel processes by gathering approvals, reviewing system requests, making corrections, verifying expenses, managing mission visa requests, and preparing customer approval submissions
  • Advise team members on travel, time tracking, overtime, BGC, roles, and process-related queries
  • Assist CRM activities such as managing opportunities and contract workflows
  • Maintain and update forecasting files and monitor client account balances and credit limits
  • Compile and deliver weekly reports to clients
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations or a related discipline
  • Proficient in using Atlassian Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Experienced with Atlassian Jira for managing workflows and task tracking
  • Strong financial analytical and review skills
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting
  • Familiarity with Miro for process mapping and visual collaboration
  • Excellent English communication skills at C1 level or above with experience in client interactions

  • Arabic proficiency helpful for supporting multilingual teams or clients
