We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team, working with a leading technology company that specializes in data analytics and business intelligence solutions. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for leading stakeholder interviews and mockup and requirements definition workshops, preparing tactical roadmap items, designing mockups of data products, and managing surveys if needed. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the build, answer questions, and help with the assessment of problems. Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder interviews and mockup and requirements definition workshops as BI Analyst/Business Analyst, ensuring project requirements are met
Prepare tactical roadmap items, design mockups of data products, and manage surveys if needed
Conduct assessments of existing Data Products and provide recommendations for improvement
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the build, answer questions, and help with the assessment of problems
Support prioritization flow to make a relevant backlog, ensuring project requirements are met
Collaborate with developers, designers, and business analysts to understand product requirements and user needs
Prepare and present reports covering all aspects of business intelligence analysis, including identified issues and recommendations for improvement

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis and Data Analysis, demonstrating expertise in BI and analytics design and implementation projects
Hands-on experience with Interactive Dashboards and SQL, showcasing your proficiency in data visualization and database management
Strong client-facing communication skills and good presentation skills, enabling you to summarize and aggregate the business needs and challenges on BU level
Experience in leading stakeholder interviews and mockup and requirements definition workshops, highlighting your ability to manage and prioritize project requirements
Ability to conduct assessments of existing Data Products and provide recommendations for improvement
Proficiency in data analytic tools, ETL tools, and backend technologies, including Tableau
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, crucial for managing surveys and preparing tactical roadmap items
Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication

Nice to have

Experience in Data Integration DB and ETL, showcasing your broader understanding of data analytics and management
Knowledge of Salesforce Tableau, enabling you to provide valuable insights and recommendations for improvement
Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, showcasing your proficiency in data visualization and dashboard design
