We are seeking a remote Senior Business Consultant to join our team and support change management and training programs within IT projects.

Your experience in assisting with the development and execution of change management plans and practical knowledge of instructional design, training delivery, and change management methodologies will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of the Change Management Plan, helping to ensure it is executed effectively across different departments
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather feedback and assess the impact of changes, ensuring the training and change efforts meet their needs
  • Aid in the development and delivery of training programs designed to prepare administrators and business users
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions, ensuring information is presented clearly and is understood by all participants
  • Collaborate with other members of the project team to ensure successful project completion
  • Collect feedback from training participants and other stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of training and overall readiness for the new system and use this feedback to suggest improvements to the training and change management processes
  • Help maintain documentation related to change management activities and training sessions. Prepare reports that track the progress and effectiveness of these initiatives
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business consulting and change management, ideally with some exposure to CMS platforms or cloud migrations
  • Expertise in workforce planning and management
  • Proficiency in instructional design, training delivery, and change management methodologies
  • Ability to assist in the development and execution of change management plans
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to support the conduct of training needs and stakeholder impact assessments.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency, both in written and spoken communication
