Responsibilities
- Oversee the analysis and recording of business requirements for digital transformation initiatives targeting eCommerce or CMS solutions
- Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to convert business needs into functional and technical specs
- Map processes, identify gaps, and craft solutions to optimize digital workflows, customer journeys, and operational efficiency
- Work closely with Solution Architects, developers, UX teams, project managers, and product owners to ensure technology aligns with business goals
- Analyze and document existing processes, systems, and data flows to find enhancement or automation opportunities
- Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria within an Agile or Scrum development environment
- Support the strategic direction of digital transformation projects focusing on scalability, performance, and user experience
- Assess risks and communicate potential impacts to involved parties
- Lead workshops, presentations, and meetings to gather input, align objectives, and update stakeholders
- Assist in testing phases to verify business requirements are met through comprehensive UAT and QA
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields; Master’s degree is advantageous
- Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst with emphasis on digital transformation projects
- Proficient with eCommerce platforms like SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopify, CommerceTools and CMS tools such as Contentful, Contentsack, Wordpress
- Proven skill in directing requirements gathering for complex systems with clear specifications
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies with practical experience
- Competent in data analysis for deriving business insights
- Experience in business process modeling, BPMN, and creating workflow diagrams
- Excellent stakeholder communication and management capabilities
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools including JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
- Robust problem-solving skills and ability to perform in fast-paced environments
