Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the onsite proxy product owner to understand the overall product vision and roadmap
- Identify and define product capabilities, features, and functions
- Develop Epics, user stories, and establish clear success criteria
- Elaborate on stories, business logic, and expected business outcomes
- Manage product scope and prioritize capabilities, Epics, and stories
- Participate in sprint review demos and provide constructive feedback
- Track feedback from reviews and ensure it is incorporated and prioritized in the backlog
- Take part in incident triaging to address and resolve product issues
- Serve as the primary contact for business questions and clarifications
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Proficiency with Atlassian Jira for tracking and managing requirements
- Ability to plan and organize business analysis activities
- Skilled in eliciting information from stakeholders to gather requirements
- Excellent English communication skills at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience documenting BA artifacts such as requirements, process flows, and user stories
- Knowledge of business analysis information management practices
- Ability to estimate effort for business analysis tasks
- Background in Financial Services
- Experience in wealth management within the financial sector
