We are seeking an experienced remote Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding other Analysts, enhancing the competency of offshore analysts, and coordinating efforts to efficiently manage project workloads while maintaining rigorous standards of traceability and security.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data-driven analysis of legacy software using insights from customer subject matter experts
- Convert detailed pseudocode into clear and understandable business rules
- Elevate the proficiency of offshore systems analysts through rigorous prescreening, in-depth technical interviews, tailored onboarding, and ongoing training and coaching
- Oversee the efforts of analysts to manage project workloads effectively, maintain detailed documentation, ensure traceability between related artifacts, and uphold a high standard of security
- Provide mentorship to Analysts, focusing on enhancing their analytical skills and understanding of project requirements
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the software industry
- Proven expertise in utilizing Microsoft Azure for business solutions
- Skilled in developing comprehensive documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria from scratch
- Highly analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and persistent drive
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with team members and external partners
- Organized and detail-oriented with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Thorough knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience in querying Relational Databases
- Fluent in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
