Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Provide L2 user support and collaborate with L1 for solutions
- Partner with development and Salesforce teams to resolve bugs
- Maintain and update documentation for new releases
- Analyze user feedback and Product KPIs for insights
- Prepare triage sessions and document outcomes
- Support launch readiness and change management efforts
- Manage communication to end users about new features
- Collaborate with UX and GPO Scaled Operations on enhancements
- Lead efforts in documenting and organizing project requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Analysis
- Proven leadership experience in user support roles
- Experience participating in product launch projects
- Experience with SAP guided buying and Ariba
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform
- Strong analytical skills in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be proactive
- Strong organizational and project management skills
